I am trained in Dialectical Beahvioral therapy and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). I use DBT techniques to assist a diverse group of clients in coping with life's challenges and developing resilience. I also draw upon CBT, IFS and Structural Family Therapy.
I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their challenges, uncover their strengths, and develop healthy communication and coping skills.
