I utilize evidence-based methods with adolescents, adults & couples dealing with the effects of trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, loss/grief & emotional/relational issues. I consider the unique needs & values of each client & practice from a trauma-informed, strengths-based & holistic approach. I am trained in EMDR, Gottman Method, Mindfulness & DBT.
