Hello and welcome! I am so glad you’ve taken this important step in your journey. Much of my experience includes trauma work stemming from events such as domestic violence, sexual assault, unexpected deaths, and chaotic childhood experiences. My passion is to help my clients regain a sense of self, a sense of empowerment, and discover new ways to experience their lives. My goal is to help you find a space in which you are heard, seen, and safe. My ideal client is anyone who has a desire to feel better and takes the important step of researching options and reaching out. It looks like this could be you!

My style is eclectic with a focus on person-centered, humanistic techniques. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation. Psychoeducation is also huge part of my work. I am not only able to hear how you feel inside, but also give insight on the biological processes which can contribute to these feelings.

I know starting something new or starting over with a new therapist can feel very scary and overwhelming. I pride myself on my ability to meet people where they are and sit with them there until they are ready to move forward. I am so glad you have taken this step and I think you will be too. Let’s talk!
