I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and believe that we don't always have to believe everything our brain tells us. Sometimes our brain reacts in present time to past trauma and this can impact our thinking and decision making process. I also specialize in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, specifically Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
