Do you feel trapped by your past and anxious about your future, unable to live in the present? This malaise of modern living is often a sign of past trauma. I can help you uncover and release the experiences that keep you from living a full and zestful life. My primary focus is women and parents, particularly those with a history of trauma. We’ll explore the feelings that arise in your body, and notice their links to your thoughts and behaviors. I’ll empower you to choose a more positive narrative, to look at your life through a different lens.

I help clients who come to me with a fractured sense of self to find new tools and reclaim their self worth so that their trauma does not define them. My goal is to help empower you so you feel Self-led and come home to your body. I work with my clients as they navigate complex trauma, grief and loss, parenting and adoption concerns, and LGBTQIA+ issues.

I am direct and at the same time supportive. I use Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication, yoga therapy, and other mind body modalities. I offer KAP in addition to prep and integration for psychedelic journey work. I facilitate Thrivers women's trauma therapy group and an ongoing grief group.

Thrivers is a 24-week total women’s* trauma therapy program composed of three 8-week phases: Getting the Trauma Recovery Tools, Telling Our Trauma Stories, and Working in the Here-and-Now. Thrivers will meet via online TeleMental Health. Phase I - Getting the Trauma Recover Tools: We develop powerful recovery tools to connect and integrate our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and somatic experiences. This prepares us to release the pain and shame that binds us to the past. We use mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, EMDR and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Nonviolent Communication, positive psychology, and body-mind healing modalities. We incorporate weekly themes and trauma literature.
