I assume you're here because you're struggling in some way, and that whatever you've been doing in your life to deal with your pain simply isn't working any longer. My clients usually find me through some kind of loss - a divorce or relationship upset, illness, or other transitional experience, often accompanied by difficult feelings and behaviors. For more than 15 years I've been working with individuals, couples, and families, helping them to get in touch with their feelings and emotions, related to these painful experiences.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. Initially drawn to mitigate difficult feelings and behaviors, my clients discover lifetime patterns conditioned from childhood. This exploration changes and deepens their experience of self and loved ones, and creates lives rich with meaning and soulfulness.
I understand that finding a therapist you connect with is very important. My primary focus is to provide a safe space where you can be heard and understood. I also offer 20 min complimentary phone consultation. I welcome clients of all ages and ethnicities.
