As a therapist, I believe it is important to walk in your purpose, and I believe I do that every day. My name is Laijun English, and I am a counselor who provides treatment for teen girls and women dealing with life’s challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of GA.
My therapeutic approach is mainly CBT, which focuses on challenging those negative beliefs/thoughts and making them positive. However, I do use strategies from other therapeutic styles. So, whether you deal with anxiety, anger, depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, etc, today is the day that you seek the help you need.
