Deciding to go to therapy can be difficult. If you are considering this, part of you is curious and hopeful, while you may also feel fearful and hopeless. Walking with you between hope and fear is one of my callings. You can find the resiliency and the courage to become the person you always wanted to be.
I specialize in trauma, ancestral and spiritual grief, anxiety and depression. In working with individuals, I use a somatic approach, integrating different modalities, multicultural sensitivities and knowledge-based research. I also offer KAP and medicine work. I teach nationally and internationally and provide counseling in Catalan, Spanish and English.
