I provide multicultural counseling, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and parental coaching. I use a variety of approaches such as art therapy, talk therapy, mindfulness, TF-CBT (trauma focus cognitive behavioral therapy), archetypes exploration, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, & Positive Psychology. I have 8 years of clinical experience.
