This structured group is for adults whose anger is affecting their relationships, work, or legal situation and who want to gain better control, accountability, and emotional regulation. The group addresses patterns of reactivity, poor impulse control, and repeated conflict by teaching practical, skills-based strategies for self-control, communication, and stress management. Participants gain insight into personal triggers, warning signs, and responsible decision-making. This is a psychoeducational, non-therapy group that is organized, court-aware, and focused on accountability, personal growth, and long-term behavior change.
