Lafe provides relationally-focused coaching for individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children with a wide range of life challenges and goals. He follows a relaxed, flexible, and non-judgmental approach that creates room for clients to share their stories, gain insights, and explore new ideas. He believes this is best done in a collaborative, respectful way that builds a safe, comfortable environment for moving forward together.
In addition to holding a M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy, Lafe also earned a PhD in social psychology. Some of his interests and life experiences include blended families, couples, spiritual challenges, psychedelic integration, caregiver support, grief/loss, adolescents, elderly, anger management, and internet/screen addiction issues.
