I also work with children and adolescents to address emotional, social and behavioral issues, as well as family crises like separation/divorce, illness, and grief. I combine play therapy, which utilizes children's natural means of self-expression, with cognitive behavioral techniques, to give children tools for adjusting to change, expressing feelings, and gaining confidence.
In partnering with families, I strive to be a playful and accepting "team mate" to my youngest clients, while providing parents with the support and tools they need to raise happy and healthy children.
