It's not always easy to pick up the phone and make the initial call to reach out for help. It seems the last thing we want to do is talk about our problems especially to a total stranger. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and will employ tools that are based on your individual needs. We will work at your pace and comfort level to effect the changes you wish to make.
My practice includes working with individuals, from young adults to seniors, as well as with couples. People come in to work on a wide range of concerns such as; relationship issues, work related stressors, depression, anxiety, family/parenting issues, grief and loss, isolation, health and aging issues, retirement transition, and stressors due to Covid.
My practice and philosophy is strength-based. We will utilize your unique strengths and talents to help you discover solutions.
