Hi there, I'm LaDonna and I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. As a Black woman, I’ve experienced firsthand the anxiety that comes with living in a society not built for us to succeed. Black women are frequently overlooked, dismissed, and even silenced which evokes anxiety, depression, and oftentimes trauma. I’m passionate about creating a safe space for Black women to help t them work through traumatic experiences that may be holding them back from moving forward, through the means of active listening, empathy, and maintaining a non-judgmental stance. I also have experience in addiction, co-occurring disorders, and grief.
