I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker who has provided clinical care for over 24 years. My work focuses primarily in the areas of attachment and trauma with much experience in the areas of adoption, foster care, grief, loss, victimization issues, anxiety related disorders, parenting, and attachment and trauma related disorders with an emphasis on treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I offer individual, family, parenting, and group counseling services. Modalities include (but are not limited to) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Circle of Security (COS) Parenting, Ego State Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Approaches, Psycho-education, and Narrative approaches.

Groups
Circle of Security Parenting
The Circle of Security Parenting group is an 8 week program created to enhance parent-child attachment. You will be supported in a small group setting with other parents who wish to increase understanding of their child's needs and improve relationship. COS parenting is a research based program which truly enhances attachment and decreases emotional and behavioral difficulties.
