Finding Me Through 23
Join us as we heal and grow through 23 weeks of finding our Self again after our life has been turned upside down. We will meet weekly over Zoom starting 2/23/23 with a focus on finding and rebuilding your identity after betrayal or loss. Weekly topics will include in depth webinars, growth homework and journal prompts about restoring your self worth, healing your pain and writing the next chapter of your life with a vision of contentment. Support from other women who are rebuilding is priceless as you navigate your "LifeQuake" and the transitions that the changes demand.
