Many of my clients come to therapy feeling like they are constantly in survival mode and don’t know how to slow their thoughts or calm their body. I specialize in helping women and teen girls learn how to regulate their emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and feel safe again so they can begin healing from trauma.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), U.S. Air Force veteran, and graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington’s School of Social Work. I am passionate about helping women and adolescents better understand their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and heal from life experiences that may feel overwhelming.
My approach is trauma-informed and focuses on helping clients understand the connection between the mind and body while learning practical tools to regulate their nervous system and support healing.
