Welcome! I'm Lacy. I work with people who are consciously choosing to change harmful patterns within themselves and their relationships. Whether you are looking for space to process complicated grief and loss, resolve interpersonal conflict your relationships, or recover a healthy senes of self in the midst of a difficult season, I'm here to journey with you. I believe we heal from unseen wounds when we can move through the pain with a trusted guide. My style is warm, curious, humorous, and compassionate. I’m told I have good “mother energy” which I consider a massive compliment. I don’t mind speaking directly when it benefits our work together, but I make a point to check in and ensure I’m meeting you where your needs are. I received additional training in couples therapy and career development.

Like many of us, I was raised to value thoughts, beliefs, and actions above feelings. Hard work was the epitome of a meaningful life, and emotions were often dismissed as slow and unnecessary obstacles in favor of productive solutions.
