Hi there! I'm Lacy. I provide therapy for cycle-breakers. Who is a cycle breaker, you ask? A cycle-breaker refers to anyone consciously choosing to change harmful patterns in themselves and their relationships. Common patterns I address in my practice include fostering independence, processing grief, increasing self-esteem and self-compassion, and healing from abusive behavior. My style is warm, curious, humorous, and compassionate. I’m told I have good “mother energy” which I consider a massive compliment. I don’t mind speaking directly when it benefits our work together but I also make a point to check in often and ensure I’m meeting you where your needs are. My aim is to support you with attuned presence.
