In my counseling work I am dedicated to helping people advance towards being their optimal selves, towards self-acceptance, and towards achieving their most impossible goals. With experience and specialized training in couples counseling, with mental health disorders, families, and in crisis situations, I utilize the therapeutic relationship in all of my work. With 12+ years of clinical practice, and with an all inclusive, accepting approach, I offer a unique customized psychoanalytic practice, blending behavioral treatments, Gottman, ACT, IFS, CBT, and DBT.
