As a therapist, I provide a compassionate, playful space for clients wanting to understand the impacts of their relationships, navigating stressors and life changes, and exploring trauma (including sexual abuse). My aim is to create a comfortable space where you can allow yourself to be vulnerable and unapologetically yourself.
My approach is integrative while focusing on connection and collaboration, taking from your experiences and needs, and bringing in skills and techniques to find peace and comfort. Being an EMDR Therapist allows me to watch my clients heal from their past and reclaim important aspects of their daily lives. Once we begin our work, we are in it together.
