As a counselor, my goal is to help you learn to navigate those struggles and circumstances.
We will work together to identify road blocks and unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns that keep you from reaching your full potential. We will connect you to your strengths and assets and help you to develop new skills that allow you to gain confidence to overcome struggles and set you up for success.
