I specialize in EMDR Intensives to deepen your work and recalibrate your nervous system response. We set aside the time to really focus on the themes that seem to have gotten stuck, and use EMDR therapy to get things moving again. You can get freedom from the old beliefs that keep intruding in your life, and find a way to live more fully.

We have the space to unpack the messages you have been carrying and find a way to show up differently in your life.
