I provide trauma-informed therapy using a combination of CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Narrative Therapy, tailored to your needs. Like steady guidance through changing waters, I support those navigating the ever-changing, complex emotions of fertility issues, postpartum, anxiety and depression, to gain perspective, tools, and create safety in emotional expression.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space, incorporating faith or spirituality if it’s important to you.
