I specialize in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I help clients gradually confront their fears and reduce the power OCD holds. Together, we’ll work to build resilience, manage symptoms, and move toward lasting relief and control.
