I work with my clients to create a healthy and helping relationship. I approach therapy open-minded and judgment-free; working to promote a safe and supportive space that facilitates growth, discovery and healing. Often in our lives we lose our identities and our paths become blurred; I have worked with a variety of clients from differing backgrounds and have made it my goal to meet people where they are and to offer myself as an instrument in accessing many of the strengths that they already possess. Therapy offers a way to help improve areas in our lives where we feel we need support.
I have worked with a focus on sexuality, sexual issues and sexual health for over 13 years. Much of my work has an emphasis on anxiety; acknowledging that it often presents many different ways in our lives. I am passionate about maintaining an inclusive therapy space and have a personal and professional focus on diversity.
A Michigan limited license permits practice under the supervision of a Michigan licensed psychologist. I am supervised by George Starrett, ED.D-- a Fully Licensed Psychologist. Please don't hesitate to call or email me with any questions regarding my practice or specialties.
