My therapeutic practice is distinct in its approach, combining deep intentionality with a commitment to human empowerment through education. I believe that knowledge is power, and it’s my mission to help clients understand the “why” behind their behaviors to unlock their potential for rapid transformation. I use evidence-based, person-centered cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients rewire their thoughts and behaviors. By exploring the science behind their patterns, clients gain the tools to take control of their minds and make lasting change.

My specialties include ADHD, sex therapy, partner connectedness, sexual addiction, OCD, hormonal therapy and guidance, as well as anxiety and depression. I also offer life and professional coaching to help individuals achieve their personal and career goals.
