I specialize in working with teenagers (high school age & up) & adults. My goal is to help those who come to me successfully navigate the life challenges we all deal with. Especially those challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, sexual orientation & gender identity issues, and those in the first responder professions. Everyone deserves a safe space to talk and sort through life's struggles & experiences!
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you become more self aware & start taking control of the thoughts, feelings & behaviors running your life. I also utilize Interpersonal Therapy & Brief Solution Focused Therapy, as well as incorporating Mindfulness based practices, to process both past & current experiences that may be affecting you.
I understand that opening up to a total stranger about the most personal things in your life can be daunting. Finding a therapist with whom you can build a relationship with is key to success in therapy. So give me call, or email me, today to see if I might be the right fit for you and your needs!
