I specialize in working with teenagers up to adults. My goal is to help those who come to me successfully navigate the life challenges we all deal with. Especially those challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, sexual orientation & gender identity issues, and those in the first responder professions. Everyone deserves a safe space to talk and sort through life's struggles & experiences!
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you become more self aware & start taking control of the thoughts, feelings & behaviors running your life. I also utilize Interpersonal Therapy & Brief Solution Focused Therapy, as well as incorporating Mindfulness based practices, to process both past & current experiences that may be affecting you.
I understand that opening up to a total stranger about the most personal things in your life can be daunting. Finding a therapist with whom you can build a relationship with is key to success in therapy. So give me call, or email me, today to see if I might be the right fit for you and your needs!
