I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2011 and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health with a specialization in Equine-assisted Mental Health from Prescott College in 2016. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2020. I am currently completing trauma resolution training with the Somatic Experiencing Training Institute to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). Prior to opening my private practice, I trained and counseled throughout the Valley to develop skills to work with diverse populations and community

My model focuses on enhancing the mind-body connection to promote emotional balance, resilience, and trauma resolution. I believe that you already have everything you need inside of you to live a more fulfilling and grounded life.

Through integration of somatic psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy, I provide trauma-informed care to help you improve emotion and thought regulation, increase stress management, and resolve trauma.
