I am a licensed professional counselor and trauma therapist (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner). I incorporate ecotherapy, somatic psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy, to provide a service that supports the mind-body connection to increase emotional balance, resolve trauma, and foster resilience.
