I utilize an eclectic approach, specializing in EMDR and solution focused therapy.
My goal is to provide a comfortable, judgement free space to assist clients in resolving issues or distressful feelings and thoughts. I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments to accommodate various schedules.
