Populations I see: relational/intimacy concerns, music and creative industries, those exploring religious and spiritual trauma, relationship with food and body, ADHD/neurodivergence in adulthood, & anxiety and perfectionism. As a partner of a touring musician for over a decade, I love working with those experiencing this relational dynamic.
What to expect: I communicate openly and directly with lots of curiosity. My sessions are typically active: getting to know your parts (IFS), breathwork, nervous system regulation, reframing relational patterns, challenging you to take up more space, identifying and asking for what you need. This also includes working toward unconditional self-compassion.
I work from an intersectional, creative perspective with a somatic focus. I value the vast variety within our human experience. I'm also passionate about responsibility and accountability, so I invite my clients to be open with feedback on what is and is not working for them, not only in their lives, but in our work together.
