I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. Many clients come to therapy wanting a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported as they reconnect with themselves, their body, and their sense of worth. I use a trauma-informed, relational, and mind-body approach that may include play therapy, somatic regulation, EMDR-informed care, parts work, mindfulness, and expressive interventions to support healing, resilience, and self-trust.

As a Registered Play Therapist, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy that supports the mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing. I offer play therapy, EMDR-informed care, somatic tools, parts work, mindfulness, and expressive interventions to help clients process pain, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
