I specialize in working with parents who are neurodivergent themselves or raising neurodivergent children. My approach is affirming, compassionate, and grounded in helping families understand themselves through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. I also have experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who are seeking a space that honors identity and intersectionality. My goal is to help clients strengthen connections, build healing relationships, and navigate life with greater understanding and authenticity. Together, we use your unique culture, values, and intersecting identities to guide the therapeutic process.
I use a strength-based, person-centered approach with evidence-based interventions from dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). My goal is for my clients to leave our sessions feeling validated and strong.
As an associate LMHC, I am supervised by Dr. Soukup-Landeau, PhD.
