I assist couples, and individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, identity development and other areas. I am often working with people on communication, wants/needs/boundaries, and healthy emotional processing. I am sex positive and assist couples and individual in expressing needs, wants, and emotions in a functional way. Building trust and personal growth is the hallmark of my work. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe space for anything my clients bring into discussion.
I am eclectic and pull from a variety of therapeutic tools and influences. I often work with high achievers that have the experience of never feeling fulfilled. I understand the demands of balancing expectations in professional and personal lives, and I can help clients navigate the stress. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe space for anything.
I believe in a holistic approach to things. Our minds and bodies are intrinsically connected and this makes room for us to look at improving the life experience from multiple angles.
