I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LCP-MH, a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), National Certified Counseling (NCC), and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). I enjoy working with both adults and adolescents to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, behavioral issues, addiction, codependence, low self-esteem, parenting struggles, grief, borderline personality, life transitions. I also provide individual Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training services, Internal Family Therapy (IFS), and Brainspotting.
Working from a place of grace and helping people feel accepted is the most important part of my work. I begin each therapy session by meeting each client where they are at and honoring the pain and suffering that has brought them into my office. To me, experiencing grace means being seen, cared for, and accepted despite our pain and brokenness.
