I am a queer therapist committed to providing a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space for individuals and couples of all backgrounds. I work with clients ages 5 through adulthood, with a focus on ADHD, Autism, behavioral challenges, trauma, and life skills. I offer couples therapy for all relationship types and strive to create an inclusive space for LGBTQ+ and same-sex couples.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and SOTP to help clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.

As a queer therapist, I am a strong advocate for human rights and believe that everyone deserves access to care that honors their identity, experiences, and goals. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to live more fully as themselves.

We offer a Lego club every 2 weeks in our office for children ages 5+ to build skills to help with ADHD, Autism, behavioral changes, communication, etc. We also offer parenting/ guardian support during this time to have a safe place to discuss struggles, resources, and build support and community to not feel so alone.

This will be a 4 week long group to work on self-worth, self-esteem, and all parts of self. This group will be therapist-led and a closed group. This group will provide resources, psychoeducation, and a safe/ supportive environment to process the areas of yourself that you want to improve or repair. Many people do not realize the effects of trauma on their self-worth or self-esteem. In this group you will move towards finding yourself again!
