About
Do you find yourself in the same relationship patterns over and over again? Do you feel like your past experiences are ruining your present life? Are you ready to start feeling like the person you know you really are deep down? I'm here to tell you that it is possible to have fulfilling relationships and deep, meaningful connection is within your reach.
I specialize in trauma and relationships. I believe that the past can make relationships way harder than they have to be. I use EMDR, somatic experiencing, emotionally focused therapy, yoga therapy, and a variety of trauma modalities based in mindfulness to help you clean up your past and get you feeling more connected in your life.
I know that finding a therapist is incredibly personal. I value your time and vulnerability and I know how frustrating it can be to go from therapist to therapist without feeling any better. I personally value effective practices that assist in unburdening the pain that’s burying the true you. We will help you heal, together.
