I help adults heal the trauma that’s keeping them stuck in addiction, eating disorders, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, and shame. My clients can explain their trauma logically, but their bodies haven’t gotten the memo that it’s over. My approach is person-centered, drawing from EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, psychodynamic and spiritual frameworks.
One of the most important questions I ask is: What difference do you want to see in yourself as a result of this work? Clarifying that vision is part of what makes change sustainable.
