EMDR is one of only two treatment modalities approved by the World Health Organization for individuals with trauma and PTSD. A highly effective way of working, EMDR helps individuals to process through disturbing memories, phobias, anxiety, and other issues. EMDR can be combined with expressive arts for improved effectiveness.
At Sunstone Health & Wellness, we seek to serve the whole person. We offer a variety of alternative methods, including hypnotherapy, wellness coaching, and the inclusion of expressive arts, all of which can be used as stand alone treatments or in combination with traditional counseling.
