There are times in our lives when we need more guidance and support to navigate the obstacles in front of us. Sometimes we need a little help coming to terms with the past. I enjoy helping people to overcome their past and present struggles to live their best lives. My approach is supportive and non-judgmental. I will help you develop your goals and acheive them. My specialties include depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGTBQ+, family conflict and behavioral issues. I enjoy helping clients find their own solutions by giving new perspectives and ideas. I will meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be!
I am great at problem solving and helping people see other options that may be difficult to see in the moment. I like to give people the tools that they need to resolve past and current problems. I use a CBT approach to help you change the patterns in your life that tend to get in the way.
