I am trained in various approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Neurofeedback Therapy.
I have a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and am a fully licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of Utah. I have served in the helping professions since 2008.
