Our early years are some of the most important, formative & fun times of our lives, but can also be some of the most difficult years. Youth are often trying to figure out who they are, establish their own identity & find their voice, while balancing social pressures about who they should be & what they should do from their peers, social media & their families. I support youth & their families as they navigate the winding road of ups & downs of this time in their lives; and in building their confidence & self esteem so they feel pride in who they are. I help youth to find their value no matter how different they are from their peers.
I help youth fight the negative thoughts & voices in their heads telling them they aren’t good enough & that the world would be better without them. The transition from years spent living under our parents’ roof & rules into the independence of young adulthood is both exciting & hard. I help young adults find their own voice & create the life they desire.
Navigating the difficulties of youth & young adulthood can seem daunting, but with the proper tools & support, we can pass with flying colors! I look forward to helping your child wave their victory flag & soar into young adulthood confidently & boldly; and for those already there, I look forward to helping you embrace & succeed in this new chapter of life!
