Are you struggling with being true to yourself and your relationships in a world that feels demanding and overwhelming with outside expectations? I want to help empower you. My experience has primarily been helping kids/teens and their families to tackle challenges brought on by anxiety, depression, traumas, grief, ADHD, parent/child conflicts, peer concerns, social structure barriers, and identity empowerment work. I also work with parents to figure out how to co-parent appropriately that supports the children as best as possible. I am self pay only. I have immediate availability including daytime, afternoon, and evening time.
I specialize in helping you highlight your truth, support your work toward challenging the lies about who you are, identify their source, their relational impact, and help you discover your empowered worthiness, acceptance, and belonging as you are. My experience working with schools, healthcare, family systems can help you connect with supportive resources.
