About

I primarily have worked with teenagers and their families in tackling challenges brought on by anxiety, depression, past traumas, grief, ADHD, parent/child conflicts, peer concerns, as well as identity work and self actualization. I've helped couples work through broken trust and attachment injuries toward healing new patterns of interactions that foster growth and support. I help individuals, families, and couples challenge narratives that don't fit and discover new interaction patterns that further empower, strengthen, and connect them and their natural supports to further growth and hope. Self Pay only. Offers Super Bill
I work to empower all people to become the actualized version of their authentic selves and foster healing and supportive relationships that supports this. People are not their problems, but are in relationship with their problems. I seek the authentic narrative that challenges the false prescribed scripts that further helps people become their own hope.
I want people to discover their truest selves. I want to help those who feel lost, grief-stricken, overwhelmed, confused, pressured, and stuck to expand their lens, find their truths, be empowered, and supported in challenging expectations and scripts that may no longer work for them. I want all people to know they are fully valued as they are. Let's connect
