I have experience in helping adults with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I create a space that is free of judgment. I introduce several coping skills that is appropriate for each client.

I am a Jungian-informed, credentialed music therapist who has been working in the mental health field for 10 years. I believe that the most effective therapist serves as a guide to help participants connect to their innermost thoughts, feelings, and values. I am interested in empowering participants to discover and understand their unique qualities so that they may lead lives of meaning. I utilize the therapeutic relationship to explore attachment patterns in order to help participants understand their own relational adaptations and needs.

I enjoy being able to assist those who are in need of finding a way out of the darkness. Also, my practice focuses on the study of substance abuse/addiction counseling. I have experience working with children and geriatric populations. I think that telehealth and online therapy are very powerful tools that we have to bring our support to more people regardless of whether they are near or far.

I am a counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I use an integrative theory base that affirms the inherent value of each individual and focuses on clients' strengths. My approach is warm and accepting and combines developmental, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, family systems and internal family systems therapies. I often utilize holistic approaches such a mindfulness and experiential techniques.
