I am a LMSW, 200hr RYT, certified in Integrative Health Coaching, Nature Informed Therapy, and with two years of study in herbal medicine.
I believe that health is inclusive and all encompassing, not merely the exclusion of disease or illness. Health is the holistic integration and harmony between a person, community and environment with equal emphasis on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is our relationship to the struggles, ailments, traumas and symptoms that we aim to bring in to more harmony in order to move forward with greater ease and flow, grace if you will. If this resonates with you, specifically as a framework to approach your mental health, then let's talk!

I have been providing psychotherapy and relationship coaching for more than ten years.
Since the year 2020, having worked with people from myriad backgrounds and backstories, I noticed that unhealthy relationships were at the core of my clients' need for therapy. I support clients in relationship work ; starting with self, then applying those tools outward. We've got to love from the inside out, not the other way around.

Maybe life shifted in a way you didn't ask for: a divorce, a new baby, a job that no longer fits, a version of yourself you don't quite recognize.
My approach draws on CBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused methods — grounded in multicultural and trauma-informed practice. I bring both clinical training and lived bicultural experience to every session, which means we can work in the language — and the cultural frame — that actually fits you.

Seeking solace in community is how we get through life, together.
People who are struggling with communication difficulties, intimacy challenges, and feelings of distrust in their relationships are welcome. I help adults and couples on choosing solutions that help them improve their relationships by modifying their behavior. Together, we look at their situations and problems as opportunities to explore choices that help them stay on track and meet their goals, enhancing their lives. I help people find solutions to their problems instead of focusing only on the problem, and I address a wide range of challenges people encounter regularly.

Sometimes the life that looks most successful from the outside is the one that feels most costly behind closed doors.
My approach is informed by over a decade in executive leadership roles, doctoral research, and clinical expertise. I help high-responsibility clients understand how being needed, visible, and relied on can shape burnout, anxiety, relationships, work, and identity. From there, we turn insight into clearer boundaries, stronger repair, and grounded decisions.

I work with individuals who want to better understand their inner experiences, relate to their thoughts and emotions with more compassion, and clarify their values so they can build a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
My lived experience has deeply informed my passion for providing neurodivergent-affirming care. I work with ADHDers and adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. Rather than trying to fix you, our work focuses on understanding how your nervous system works, honoring your needs, and developing supportive strategies that fit you.

Life Coaching Therapists
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
