I specialize in trauma focused therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Ego State/IFS Therapy. The other counseling approaches I use are from a Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, or Person Centered view. You are unique in your issues and our therapeutic relationship is tailored to you.
