My desire is to enhance your coping skills along with your ability to incorporate self-care & self-love. In return this will allow you to achieve a sense of balance and ability to anchor your mind, body, and soul in order to uphold all of life's experiences. I'm trained in Perinatal Mental Health and work with both pregnant and postpartum moms as they navigate through motherhood issues and in coping with postpartum anxiety or depression.
