Therapy is a space to feel seen and supported while you work toward goals without judgement or pressure. My goal is to create that space for you. Therapy works best when we build a relationship based on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on in your life, identify patterns or challenges, and work toward goals that help you feel more grounded and connected to the life you want. I primarily work with teens and adults who may be struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, identity, or life transitions.

Provide clients the best care possible, making them a highest priority in their well-being. Accessing available resources in helping the client to find a better self. My promise to take the journey with the client in their search of a better self. I am a student of my profession, and a student in life. There is no greater gift but to give ourselves to help those that may be seeking help. To follow the path of Jesus Christ by providing light, when others see darkness, to listen when they need someone to listen to them and to provide love, hope, and faith. If all you see is a shadow, then turn around you will see the light.

Are you finding yourself struggling in relationships? Maybe feeling invisible or not able to fully engage? Have you noticed you are so afraid of conflict that you dismiss your own needs? Or have you started to notice that along with lack of anger and sadness there is also a lack of joy and optimism? These are all signs of unhealthy relationship patterns that create negative cycles and distance, ultimately destroying relationships with self, others and God. My foundation of faith serves as a guide personally and professionally. Nonetheless, spirituality is a personal choice and I encourage those I serve to be true to their belief.

Helping people who struggle with motivation, lack of direction, or feeling “behind” in life is my passion. Those I work with often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. They feel so behind in life that they frequently don’t know where to begin. I specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals (ADHD and Autism), as well as couples where ineffective communication and frequent arguments are the main concern. I often use evidence based therapy models, such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT to support my clients.

You don’t have to wait until things feel “bad enough” to start therapy. Maybe you've been overthinking everything, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, struggling to quiet your mind, or constantly questioning whether you're good enough. Maybe you look like you have it together on the outside, but inside, you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are or what comes next. If you're ready to better understand yourself and create meaningful change, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and move toward the life you want.
