I am trauma informed and trained in EMDR and have finished the Gottman Level 1 training for couples. My hope is to help you work through the problems step by step and to build on your strengths and abilities to move forward.
My approach is more directive and collaborative as I work with you to resolve your problems. I think there are valid reasons why people are struggling, and we can work through those things together.
Family is very important to me, and my wife and I work hard to help our children grow up to be good people. We are Christians and belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I believe that together we can help make life more peaceful and enjoyable for everyone. I hope that I can help you!
